SmartTableRowSetDiff.h
Which rows a model says arrived and which left, as one value.
Which rows joined a model's set and which left it, as the model says it.
By row id, since the table keeps its selection, its caret and its entrances by row id. An empty diff says the set moved and not how. The table then plays no entrance and holds no view.

Public functions 4
Whether this names rows one by one. A replaced set names none.
Folds a later diff in, in the order the two were said.
A row that arrived and then left is gone. One that left and then arrived is new. A later replacement drops everything before it, and rows that arrive after a replacement are new.
What changed between two sets of row ids, each in natural order.
A set that shares no id with the one before is a replacement. That covers the first fill and a set emptied out, so a table given its rows at once plays no entrance for them.
A row id that shows up twice in After is two arrived rows with one id. The table finds and marks both.
Public variables 3
Each with the number it had when the model said so. A later drop can give it another number before a change held behind a dispatched sort lands.
Every row is a different row, as after a new data set. Nothing arrived one by one.
No row plays an entrance, the marks from before go, and the table scrolls nothing for it.
